1、国家统招全日制本科及以上学历，英语良好，口语沟通流畅；
2、至少三年以上采购经验，有电容电阻，集成电路芯片IC存储器等电子元件采购经验优先；
3、有大型工厂工作经验者优先；
4、对电子元器件，五金件行业特点、成本监控、行业态势等方面具有丰富的经验；
5、精通采购供应商管理，具备优秀的合同谈判，良好的决策判断能力和计划组织能力；
6、具备良好的职业道德， 工作主动性强，抗压性强；较强的领导、沟通能力。

岗位职责：

1、根据公司发展规模及年度经营目标，制定有效的采购策略、方针并确保贯彻执行；
2、组织同行业市场调研、分析、预测，熟悉同行业产品供应渠道和市场变化趋势，据此完善采购策略；
3、制定并完善采购制度、工作流程，建立采购管理评估体系；
4、开发新的供应渠道和供应商，对供应商进行动态评估、控制、分级工作；
5、监督、分析、评估已执行采购项目单据资料的存档系统；
6、负责部门的内部管理，包括采购组织和团队的建设、人员的发展、员工的绩效考核等。
