General Purpose:
? Responsible for the Oracle update according to the suppliers information so that the in-transit information can be visible to other hubs
? Assist to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations
? Ensure an optimum cost for running the operations
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
? Follow the established process and procedure to perform PO receipt in Oracle upon the receipt of suppliers’ information
? Perform internal shipment transaction in Oracle for goods shipped from supplier to oversea hubs
? Coordinate the direct shipment from Supplier to Customer, including vessel/ space reservation, shipping document preparation and B/L confirmation, etc.
? Assist the Supply Chain Manager in preparing the delivery performance analysis
? Assist to monitor the daily production progress of suppliers on critical items
? Ensure compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies and Procedures, legal and ethical business practices and general operating procedures
Essential Skills and Experience:
? 1~2 Years of Supply Chain Operations
? Experience in use of ERP systems; Oracle 11i or 12i and Discover reporting desirable
? Post Secondary education or equivalent experience
