General Purpose:
Responsible for the management of the Customs affairs arising from the operations of Corsair China and ensuring the company being compliance to the statuory requirement of China Customs
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
? Responsible for the registration of Corsair China with China customs properly and timely
? Repsonsilble for administering the records in the Customs Handbook of Corsair China accurately and properly and keeping custody of the handbook
? Prepare the customs documents for Customs Brokers to declare China Customs for all the goods importing to China daily by interfacing with the operations teams
? Monitor the performance of the Customs brokers to ensure that there are no delay in the customs declaration process and compliance to China Customs
? Provide practical advice to Management about China Customs practices or approaches fitting to Corsair business model in China
? Monitor the China Customs declaration cost
? Establish a good working relationships with China Customs and other working parties
? Ensure compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics & Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies & Procedures, and Legal & Ethical business practices as well as Operating Procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience:
? 10+ years of China Customs Affairs Administration and Declaration experience
? Process a valid qualification of Customs Co-ordinator with China Customs
? Demonstrated professionalism in administering China Customs affairs
? Experiences with foreign enterprise and free trade zone enterprise are preferable
? Strong interpersonal skills especially with government officials
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
? Ability to develop, implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
