The Documentation Engineer position plays a key role in the Technical team. As Documentation Engineer you are responsible for both the product documentation and related matters. This responsibility includes mainly technical responsibilities.

Production of existing products:

- Responsible for the handling of all production documentation related issues which includes support the production partners with technical instructions, documentation and approvals needed.
- 负责处理所有与生产文件相关的事务，其中包括支持生产合作伙伴，为其提供技术指引，所需文件和审批。
- Responsible for maintaining, updating and communicating instructions and specifications for the production
- 负责维护，更新和沟通生产所需的技术指导和规格要求。
- Responsible for ensuring that production orders are produced according to the production specification.
- 负责确保生产订单按照生产规格要求制造。
- Responsible for following up the structure and system for quality inspections of production releases.
- 负责跟进产品出厂前所需质检的流程及系统。
- Responsible for following up factory inspection reports and production releases.
- 负责跟进申批厂商质检报告及批准产品放行。
- Responsible for planning incoming inspections when products arrives Bellman & Symfon’s warehouses.
- 负责计划对到达Bellman & Symfon的仓库的产品的质量检验。
- Responsible for product quality feedback and suggestions for improvements are reported.
- 负责有关产品质量的反馈和改进建议能够及时报告。
Supporting R&D team:

- Participate in development of new products.
- 参与新产品的研发。
- Responsible for collect all related product documentations for new product before mass production.

Product maintenance:

- Responsible for ensuring that Engineering Change Notice (“ECN”) are implemented according to the decisions made.

- Support “second source” and “end of life” issues.

- Support the purchasing team continuously securing product cost efficiency.

- Responsible for following up on warranty- and service handling and statistics for product improvement reasons.

? Production documentation and administration.
