Key Responsibilities
1) Lead and manage of nominated programs with fixed core team
2) Be the primary contact for customer Project Teams
3) Ensures the fluent and efficient execution and communication of the project
4) Be fully accountable of the program(s) from the beginning till end of life
5) Based in Shenzhen China

Essential Responsibilities
1) Project Planning Management
- Project Master Plan
- Synchronization of internal and external schedules and process milestones so that set targets can be reached
- Timely and qualitative synchronization of Quasar outputs and customer Requirements
2) Customer Relationship Management
- Primary interface between Quasar and the customer
- Proactive communication and responsiveness with customers
- Fulfill customer requirements and needs within contractual guideline
3) Project Execution Management
- Trigger for planned and ad-hoc project related actions
- Ensure that project teams are following company process principles including milestone reviews

4) Risk Management
- Control project related risk management process and steering preventive and corrective actions
- Ensure timely and efficient problem solving
- Escalation point for project related issues and when needed escalates the project specific issues to the Management

5) Information Management
- Ensure sharing of validated fact-based information both internally and externally
- Ensure that customers, suppliers and Quasar project team members have adequate and up-to-date information available
- Organize needed project resources with related resource owners
- Set practices, roles and responsibilities for information distribution and project execution

6) Technology Management
- Ensure adequate attention and action to the companywide implementation of project-related fundamental technologies
- Responsible to set-up needed resources for project technology implementation with related resource owner

7) Financial Management
- Maintain costing information (costing models)
- Responsible to create cost break down reports according account owner's targets
- Responsible of monthly program level profitability


Job requirements:

1) Education and experience
- BS degree in Engineering, Business Management
- Min.10year experience on Program/Project Management

2) Competence requirements
- Project Management skills
- Sales & Marketing skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of working in both a multicultural environment and a virtual global organization
- Presentation skill, computer skill, communication skill
- language skill both English and Chinese, Hebrew is preferred
