To manage and administer our internal office network infrastructure for our offices in Hong Kong, ShenZhen, Shanghai and SuZhou. The focus is to assist with the support and maintenance of our systems but need to be flexible and willing to assist with other tasks such as PC and Windows support, backup management and IT purchasing.

Main Responsibilities

Day-to-day system administration of mail server, file server, terminal server and database server
End user support, trouble shooting and resolution of hardware/operating system issues
Assistance in project implementation and system deployment
ERP application support and further enhancement
Preparation of system operation manual and user guides
Liaison with vendor and service providers
IT Evaluation and Procurement
