Job Scope :
主要职责：
The SMT Manager is full responsiblility to in charge of LED workshop:
SMT经理全面主管SMT车间，具体职责如下：
1. Lead SMT team to finish task to meet schedule，quality target and process target.
带领SMT团队同时满足项目，质量和流程化的目标下完成SMT车间生产。
2. Impletement standardize，training plan，KPI in SMT line (employee and technician evaluate，scrape control，daily & weekly & monthly report，etc.)
执行标注化，培训计划，SMT车间KPI：员工和技术员考核，废品率，日、周、月报表等；
3. Develop & implement new technology，process， Jigs，stencils，tools，accessories apply and manage；
开发和实施新技术，新工艺，夹具，钢网，工具，配件的申购和管理；
4. Machine and workshop management：evaluate，apply，maintance；
机器和车间管理：评估、申购和维护；
5. Review PCBA design，BOM，and reflect problem to design side，sampling；
审核PCBA设计和BOM，反馈给设计团队并实施，样品生产；
6. Supporting other departments like Quality and Sourcing on technical issues.
为其他部门如品质部门和采购等提供技术支持。

Qualifications:
任职资格
1. At least 8+ years SMT work experience with 2+ years SMT management；
至少8年以上SMT相关经验，其中2年以上SMT管理经验；
2. Good knowledge in LED display and components and IPC standards；
对LED电路和部件有较好的知识和IPC标准；
3. University degree，major in electronics or engineering related，master is perfect；
电子或工程相关专业，本科以上学历，硕士优先；
4. Good knowledge about process，technical，and machine：Junki，Mydate，Yamaha，Siements，Fuji，UNIVERSAL，Panasonic，I-pulse，DIP machine，wave-soldering，etc.
对工艺和技术有丰富的经验，熟练并使用雅马哈，西门子，松下，天龙，环球，富士机器，并对插件机和波峰焊机器熟练使用；
5. Good English communication skills，MS Office，MS Project and other CAD softwares；
良好的英文沟通能力和常用办公软件和CAD能力；
6. Structured mindest，good team player and leader ship skills.
结构化思维，较好的团队合作能力和领导能力
7. Location : Nanshan Shenzhen, Xiaogan Hubei(80%)
工作地点：深圳市南山区、湖北孝感(80%)
