Responsibilities:
1. Understands and executes Morningstar’s project management methodology.
2. Identifies individual project tasks based on requirements and verify the feasibility of these tasks with Product Management and Technology as required; identify internal and external project dependencies.
3. Gathers estimates for project tasks uses these estimates in conjunction with project dependencies to create a detailed and realistic project schedule; communicate project schedule to project team members and key stakeholders.
4. Communicate on a regular basis with stakeholders in Shenzhen, China as well as multiple locations in the US to ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule, with high quality, and delivered according to the requirements.
5. Support existing products and manage softeware maintenance releases.Be the local contact for user questions and user request.
6. Identifies areas for further requirement analysis and research based on project requirements, and coordinate business analyst and product manager to complete analysis.
7. Manages and reports on project KPIs, communicate regular updates on project status, including work completed, work in progress, next steps, risks and costs.
8.Manage project/patch scope change effectively.
Requirements:
1. 0~2 years project management experience.
2. Ability to mutitask and manage activities in parallel, strong desire to drive project delivery on schedule.
3. Strong communication skill in both Chinese and English, and both writing and speaking.
4. Analytical, detailed oriented, self-motivated, and strong interpersonal skill.
5. Owning PMP is a plus.
6. Passing any CFA level is a plus.
7.With experience in agile development team is a plus
