1、 本科以上学历，5年以上软件开发经验，2年以上架构设计经验；
2、 精通大型互联网系统性能优化，分布式系统架构设计，前端性能优化（含页面加载速度优化），负载均衡、反向代理、分布式缓存的使用；精通j2ee、ajax语言等；
3、 精通设计模式，具有实际项目的设计模式应用经验；
4、 熟悉敏捷开发模式，精通软件质量管理，具备丰富的Code Review经验，具有Scrum实际应用者优先；
5、 熟悉Spring,Ibatis,Hibernate,struts,Ajax,JBPM,Web Services和SOA等常用开发技术和开发框架；
6、 熟练掌握SQL Server、MySQL、Oracle等数据库，具有较强的SQL编写、优化能力；
7、 具有良好的组织协调沟通能力；
工作职责：
1、 负责系统的架构设计与搭建；负责网站系统的高性能、高可用，确保代码质量；
2、 负责领导和协调整个项目中的技术活动。
3、 负责核心技术问题的攻关，系统优化；协助解决项目开发过程中的技术难题；
4、 制定开发规范，参与制定技术标准，编写相应的技术文档，并对通用技术进行整理，提高技术复用
5、 参与核心代码的编写；
