Position responsibilities:

1.Provide HR leadership to meet BU goals & objectives in partnership.

2.Responsible for recruitment for South China, including candidates search & screening ,pre-offer arrangement, reference checks etc, to meet the needs of business development.

3.Responsible for preparing employment status change form and related letters, and update the change in HRMS.

4. Participate in and / or lead HR programs/ projects to ensure their successful execution.

5. Partner to handle employee relations issues as appropriate.

6. Champion other HR functions and partners to execute corporate/company HR initiatives. Implement HR programs effectively.

7. Develop proactive actions to further support the business objectives and /or people strategy.

8. Responsible for updating monthly recruitment report.

9. To support HR Manager to follow PMP completion.

10. Support Other ad-hoc projects such as annual dinner, seminar arrangement etc.

Position requirements:

1. University Degree in business administration, human resources, or other related field

2. Minimum 3 years HR related experience,preferable in talent management, recruitment.

3. Ability to be objective/impartial, Honesty and Positive attitude.

4. Good command of spoken and written English(CET - 6 passed or above qualification is preferred)

5. Good Communication &interpersonal skills.

6. Attention to details, able to organize multiple assignments, set priorities and meet deadlines.

7. Good computer skills in MS office(Good at Excel ,powerpoint etc)

8. A good team player.
