职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，美术,平面设计、广告及相关专业,有扎实的美术功底；
2、熟练操作各类平面设计软件；有良好的光阴和色彩的掌控能力；卓越的创造力;
3、对方案策划，平面广告、画册制作及VI等有实战经验；
4、有过视觉平面包装及相关平面设计工作经验者佳；
5、会手绘、美感、设计感较强,会原画设计的优先考虑。
工作职责：
1、负责根据策划的相关描述，绘制出与项目实质需求一致的图像。 其中包括初期草图方案，概念设计图，高精度效果图，最好能制作简易模型并渲染出图。
2、参与创意设计，并提出符合需求的设计方案，协助团队完成设计产品。

1、热爱文化艺术事业和创意设计工作，具有扎实的美术设计功底，较高的美学素养！有梦想有目标者优先考虑。
2、具有专业的绘画能力，拥有良好的创意表达能力。
