Position Essential Responsibilities:
- Search for potential vendors according the product leads from his/her correspondent Imports buyer in Mexico.
- Ensure lowest possible cost, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs while executing against set strategies.
- Perform market analysis trends and monitor supplier progress.
- Maintain “timely” control of vendor agreements, orders, amendments, shipping notices, and other required documents to assure orderly administration and retention of records.
- Others activities such as attending to international business exhibitions in the search for assigned items, factory visits, help to coordinate visits to his/ her sourcing region from his/her correspondent buyer.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree on areas as: International management, International business and trading, fashion designer, Textile engineer.
- Experienced in the sourcing field (Garments, know about fabrics and western fashion style) is a MUST, knowledge and experience in the Mexican or USA market is a plus.
- English is a must: Strong oral and written communication. Spanish language will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel is required.
- Goal oriented personality.
- Solid interpersonal communications and proactively skills.
- PC proficiency.
- Experience working under western management leadership style.
