Accountabilities:

1. Follow up with orders from our customers with the factories and the customers and ensure timely update of all orders in SAP system
2. Manage the entire order process and ensure on time delivery to customer from PO input to delivery
3. Coordinate with internal QC and the vendors to ensure that the products quality meet with the customers quality standard
4. Resolving any procurement related problems that may arise (price, quantity or delivery date deviations)
5. Monitor supplier performance and develop corrective action when required
6. Maintain clear translation and communication between company and supplier personnel
7. Update of internal SAP and ERP system
8. Document handling
9. Coordinate internal communication

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above education qualification
2. Major in trading is a plus
3. Minimum 2-3 years experiences with sizable trading company is preferable
4. At least 2 years’ experience in procurement and order-placement for overseas companies through SAP
5. Product know-how in home appliance is of advantage
6. As self-motivated team player, you will possess excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills together
with the ability to manage complexity and meet tight deadlines
7. Used to working with people from different cultural backgrounds (Europe/Asia)
8. Good communication skill
9. Good skills of Microsoft Office package
10. Knowledge of related SAP transactions is a must
