岗位：自动化工程师
要求：
1、全日制本科专业，并拥有制造或者自动化工程领域工作经验
2、能够适应全球团队管理
3、 5年以上机械，工业，制造经验的最低要求，或工艺工程
4、熟练使用办公软件
5、优秀的项目管理和过程开发技能
6、热情，并具有上进心，拥有积极的态度
7、对内对外都能熟练沟通（英文和中文）
8、有与多元化的全球交付团队工作的能力
9、有开发MES或车间系统之前的经验。
职责：
1、工作汇报至全球矩阵组织Leader
2、计划，指导和协调技术应用至产品的制造工艺和设备为具有防水需求的客户所准备
3、开发制造方法进一步了解生产进度，和能力模型
4、深入了解HZO工艺和在设计，评估，选择，调试，充当领导者的能力，并实现自动化和半自动化的加工设备
5、创建设备和材料的规格和与供应商合作确保成功实施和资格
6、执行质量控制流程，解决生产中存在的问题
7、需要出差至客户点，并帮助安装和制造设备的培训
8、与客户沟通，确保达到他们的要求和期望
9、开发实验来帮助验证样机的工艺和设备，并能够创建报告，明确结果
10、设计，测试，开发模具和夹具需要支持生产流程，保证符合质量标准
11、能够验证和创建进度，成本，和产能计划
12、与基准制造模拟工作的价值流优化
13、与IT和自动化供应商一起开发HZO MES（制造执行系统）
14、能够处理资产管理和CAPEX（资本支出）计划。
