Principal Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the supplier matrix.Coordinating, following through with suppliers and internal teams as well as US Headquarter to ensure that the suppliers set up process are managed smoothly and in compliance with FD/THT as well regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers to facilitate a smooth supplier onboarding process according to the defined schedule & process.
• Provide necessary guidance to ensure supplier’s understanding and compliance with the FD/THT shipment requirements. Manage THT Supplier Non-Compliance Program in a professional and satisfactory manner.
• Support THT suppliers set up execution in systems in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
• Manage supplier's C-TPAT compliance to meet Company and US custom's requirements.
• Maintain supplier document in system on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date supplier scorecard.
• Regular reporting function regarding shipment, supplier performance etc.
• Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor/company.

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree graduate.
• At least 5 years working experience, 3 years of which in dealing with suppliers.
• Prior experience working in multinational retail chain stores or buying / trading office is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge in using ERP or supplier management related systems.
• Ability to multitasking and work under work pressure. Well organized and detailed oriented.
• Good data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. A team player.
• Energetic. Positive and can-do attitude. A quick learner.
• Ability to work in a diverse culture work environment.
• Conversant with MS office (ie Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent Excel skills a definite plus.
