职位描述：

1.拟定并优化公司行政管理相制度，严格执行各项行政管理制度并促进行政管理工作的规范化；

2.定期对公司层面的行政管理工作进行全面评估，提出改进意见和建议；

3.起草总经理授意的公司内部文件、对外公函、领导的讲话稿、总结、汇报、相关材料等；

4.有效管理公司证照原件，并及时办理各类证照的年审，按公司要求协助公司业务部门对外办理新证书、新资料的查询、申报；

5.参加公司中大型会议并做好会议纪要，整理后以书面形式上报公司领导；

6.公司对外网站及内部办公网站信息的发布及更新；

7.采购日常办公用品和行政用具并完成采购信息的汇总、统计，根据统计信息提出控制、节约成本的相关建议；


任职条件：

1、应届毕业生、有工作经验者均可；
2、专业不限；
3、熟练使用各种办公软件；
4、具有一定的文案写作能力；
5、具有良好的沟通、组织、协调和团队协作能力。

    公司天线事业部有研发工程师近30多人，其中26位RF工程师，5位ME工程师，其中博士2人，硕士3人，工程师学历均本科或以上，具有2年以上的天线从业经验，对天线理论、微波理论及相关前沿科技非常熟悉，对行业的发展动态非常了解。产品涉及各种通讯标准（GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/GPS/BT/WIFI/TD-SCDMA/LTE)的移动通讯终端天线，特别是3G和4G移动通讯天线、射频识别（RFID）天线、近场无线通信（NFC）天线。

    公司拟定了创新的服务模式。对重点客户有专门的RF工程师，ME工程师，项目管理团队进行最优质，最细致、最周到的贴身服务。同时，我们向客户提供天线配套方面的建议和方案，即ID＋结构＋RF兼容兼顾的设计方案储备。时刻跟踪客户的使用情况，提供完善及时的售后服务。如客户有紧急需求，工程师可以在2小时内响应服务。

    公司EMC事业部有专业的研发及服务团队8人，具备5年以上EMC整改经验的工程师3人。EMC团队拥有完整的EMC测试暗室、标准ESD实验室、传导实验室等设备，针对客户的具体案例，针对性的为客户提供最优的EMC器件选型及解决方案。

Time track customer usage, to provide comprehensive and timely service. If customers have urgent needs, the service engineer can respond within two hours.
   Surbaner EMC Division have professional R&D and service team of eight engineers, three engineers of them with more than 5 years experience in EMC rectification. EMC team has a standard shielded anechoic chamber, standard ESD laboratory, conducting laboratory and other equipment, for the specific case of customers, targeted to provide customers with the best selection of EMC devices and solutions.
