Business Unit Introduction:

Responsibilities:
The Learning Program Manager will be responsible for managing the successful execution and delivery of multiple Learning Programs targeted at Cisco employees, contractors, and partners. Strong organizational skills, good communication skills and sufficient project management experience to manage and drive operational projects to support all aspects of execution and delivery of instructor led, event based, and virtual Learning Programs. The Learning Program Manager will identify, qualify and schedule subject matter experts and be responsible for indirect management of external partners.
? Manage execution of all aspects of assigned Learning & Development Solutions Group (LDSG) Learning Programs. Including
? Global operations point of contact for the Learner Program
? Learner Program target audience, scope, approach, process, and timelines
? Cost components
? Identify and manage program launch risks through effective mitigation strategies and contingency plans
? Identify actions to simplify our employee, contractor and partner experience
? Develop strong business relationships with key internal and stakeholder groups to clearly understand their business goals, challenges and priorities, and provide input to strategic thinking and planning for any changes to Learning Programs
? Work with the Business Engagement and stakeholder business functions to ensure that the program is being utilized and adopted.
? Develop and maintain excellent communication and teaming across the region and with global teams to facilitate the sharing of best practices, and alignment with LDSG direction
? Lead activities to identify stakeholder business requirements to drive program development and provide feedback to global groups on the experiences and satisfaction levels of employees and partners taking the programs
? Global operations representative in program policy, process and governance discussions relating to the Learning Programs
? Provide input to Learning Solutions to enhance, revise and launch go forward changes for Learning Programs
? Work with the metrics team to develop and incorporate various levels of evaluation to measure and improve training program effectiveness and analyze the performance and compliance of employee curriculum completion.
? Work with the Learning Solutions and Learner Advocacy/Platform teams to implement appropriate assessment, specializations, and certifications
? Develop strong business relationships with key internal stakeholder groups to clearly understand their business goals, challenges and priorities, and provide input to strategic thinking and planning for any changes to the programs and related business models/systems
Requirements:
? Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities?
? Designing, developing and implementing learning solutions by applying instructional design and e-learning methodologies.
? Strong facilitation skills to deliver a training program with impact.
? Designing and developing formal learning solutions in various delivery formats including on the job learning, computer based learning and classroom based learning.
? Ability to building strong relationships and Influences successfully without direct management authority
? Experience in designing formalized learning programs as an Instructional Designer is preferred.
? Ability to communicate effectively by providing progress and status updates to key stakeholders.
? Ability to manage multiple complex projects at one time while meeting all key deliverables.
? 5+ Years of successful learning program and project management experience
? BS or BA + degree is required.
