职位描述
Job Description:
1). To check and make vendor payments by E-banking system.
2). To update daily bank book
3). To collect bank slip on time and submit to accountant for booking.
4). To assist to prepare monthly reconciliation of bank balances to accountant and reconcile any discrepancy immediately.
5). To handle petty cash
6). Check out company staff reimbursement, e.g: travel/transportation claim, payment requisition, entertainment form etc.
7). Internal system maintenance
8). Claim accrual list in month end to GL accountant
9). Clean up airfare fee
10). New staff orientation and issue consultation
11). Other responsibility assigned by TC leader
Job Requirements:
1). College degree and above in finance or accounting field;
2). 1 year experience is preferred
3). Certificate of accounting prefessional is preferred
4). Good English and familiar with MS Office; E-banking system
5). Reliable, honest, self-motivated and willing to learn;
6). Good interpersonal & communication skills;
7). Good team work spirit and be willing to work under pressure.
8). Attention to details, high accuracy, punctual
