Recruitment

- Regularly maintain the recruiting channels, incl. but not limited on regular job posting on Weibo, WeChat, LinkedIn, internal referral etc., sharing potential candidates with HRBPs

- Keep an eye on new recruiting channels and tools, assess and introduce as per company requirement to help enhancing recruiting efficiency

- To support/participate in recruitment process by understanding needs, requirements, selecting effective/multiple channel for assigned positions to make the position fulfilled timely with right candidates

- To support in interview arrangement and offering process including reference check, documents collection/verified to make sure the implementation of company employment policy

- To ensure employment procedure in line with legal requirement and company policy & procedure

- To be responsible for the monthly reports including: H/C report, movement status, turnover rate and organizational chart

- To update information in HR system timely and ensure accuracy

- Co-ordinate and implement Company/Brand communication activities

- Support other HR function on the communication of HR policies and other issue
