COMPANY OVERVIEW:

China is the 2nd largest media market in the world and it is still growing annually by double digits. There were 538 million internet users in China in June 2012, but that only represented 39.9% market penetration. China is already the largest smartphone market in the world and is expected to overtake the US as the largest eCommerce market in the world by about 2015.

JOB OVERVIEW:
As a HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for a leading media agency of GroupM to work with multiple internal stakeholders and ensure the professional delivery of HR service.

JOB SUCCESS CRITERIA:
After the first 30 days
To be able to get familiar with the way of working within team, company process and daily routine responsibilities to instilling a more thinking on how to use certain resources and build good relationship with internal clients.
Within the first 3 months
Can well pick up the tasks assigned.
After 12 months
Can work independently and make efficient communications as the key interface to internal employees, cross-team within HR e.g. reward, talent acquisition, learning, etc., and other key working counter parts.
DAY TO DAY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Talent Recruitment: will be responsible for collecting recruitment needs from the hiring managers to place the right talent to right position timely. Ensure the planned recruitment proceeds in accordance with group guideline.
? Talent development: independently follow the whole on-boarding program and probation evaluation. Keep efficient communications between employees and their team leaders.
? Retention program: continuously work with team and keep good relationship with employees, independently guide the exit interview and follow exit process. Assist on exit analysis and provide the suggestions.
? Daily operation: maintain HR system, HR reports accurately, as well as HR documents preparation and filing. Assist on HR internal/external audit.
? Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Skills & Requirements:
? 3-5 years’ HR experience in MNCs, preferably from communication industry e.g. media, advertising, etc. But working seniority is not the mandatory if you have strong passion, great learning agility to grow fast. Capability first!
? Can quickly pick up and adapt the way of working in the company.
? Good people sensitivity and environmental radar, to understand the team dynamics.
? A good team player with strong sense of accountability, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Willing to take challenges and able to work under pressure.
? Good in both written and spoken English.
