职位描述
Job Description:
1. Import/export operation management, such as documents, HS code classification, customs clearance, etc.
2. Lane setup as per business requirement from RFQ, SOP and etc.
3. Weekly/monthly freight/broker bill verification
4. Managing & controlling the KPI performance of 3PLs
5. Cooperation with other departments, analysis and design of optimal solutions for transport cost reduction and other work related
6. Timely follow-up on the latest policies/regulations and the implication to IFX business
7. Working out logistics reports as needed
8. Other logistic related tasks/projects assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
1. Normal 4 year full-time bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, international trading or equivalent
2. Familiar with international trading, understand of China bonded policies and procedures
3. Above 5 years solid experience of I/E, trading, logistics, freight forwarding or relevant jobs
4. Analytical and logical thinking, demonstrated competencies on handling multiple tasks
5. Fluent in English (Both verbal and written)
