You will contribute to the achievement of the store’s sales target by:

? Providing outstanding customer service, respecting brand standard through all phases of the selling ceremony: from welcoming the customers and understanding and anticipating their needs, to accompanying them through the payment process.
? 提供出色的客户服务，在各方面的销售礼仪都与品牌标准保持一致：从迎接顾客，理解和洞悉他们的需求，到陪同他们完成整个付款过程
? Interacting with customers and building strong customer relationships
? 与顾客主动交流以及建立良好的关系
? Ensuring the collection of customer’s personal data

? you are capable of introducing the customers to the Brand’s universe thanks to a perfect knowledge of the brand DNA and history

Store operations :
店铺运营:
? Assist the Sales Advisors and Managers to look after all operative activities necessary to ensure store efficiency (inventory, stock transfers, sales operations etc)
? 负责协助销售导购以及经理所有必要的运营事项来确保店铺运营效率（存货盘点，库存转让，销售运营等）
? Work as a team with other sales advisor
? 与其他销售导购进行团队合作
? Promptly report discrepancies and any other problems to the Store Manager
? 如果发现任何问题和不妥立即向店长报告
