Company Introduction:

Vestel’s manufacturing facilities are located in Turkey. Vestel city is the largest industrial complex in Europe, in a single location, with an area of 1.1million square meters.

Vestel has a sourcing organization for electrical and mechanical components, semi-finished and finished products in China. Currently, over 500 suppliers from Far East providing a wide range of products to Vestel . Company is looking for new employees to expand its operations in newly established office in Shenzhen, China.
Vestel is the biggest LCD TV manufacturer of Europe. Company supply the plastic injection tooling and metal stamping moulds for its BMS LCD TV sets from the suppliers in China.
The main responsibilities for this position will be as follows:
· Projects follow up. (All molds and parts issues)
· Searching new mold shops for targeting cost/quality improvements
· Support Purchasing/R&D for communication with suppliers.
· Analyze Market trends for BMS TV mechanical structure and production techniques.
Key qualifications:
· BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
· Good spoken and written English.
· Good communication skills, positive attitude, patience.
Requirements:
· 2-3 years experience in LCD TV manufacturer or mold shop.
· Familiar with injection mold design and structure, can make constructive suggestions to mold structure and product design.
· Being familiar with mold processing technology, understand all kinds of processing equipment and processing method of machining.
· Being familiar with mold quality control process.
· Being familiar with various engineering plastic material characteristics.
· Understanding of injection molding process and troubleshooting.
· Skillful use of Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and proficient in using Pro/E or UG.
