Responsibilities
? Plan and manage web/mobile related projects to our clients to achieve both business and technical objectives
? Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
? Manage a technical team and solution vendors throughout the system implementation cycle
? Provide pre-sales support in business development process
? Responsible for Web/API development, testing and enhancement
? Plan and develop different internal and external projects
? Develop new applications and/or deploy new functional modules to existing systems, that will be of maximum impact and benefit to end-users
? Web Site Design/ User Experience Enhancement
? eCommerce process optimization
? Knowledge of SEO, SNS, DM and online promotion is definitely an advantage
? Welcome any creative ideas which could be our next project

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, eCommerce or related major
? At least 3-year experience in website and software project management
? With programming background that is not afraid to look into the source code and debug with the developers when it is needed
? Experience in gathering and developing detailed functional requirements and multi-tier applications;
? Good understanding of the technical implication for any requirements, establish rough time estimation and propose the adapted implementation solution to the customer
? Knowledge of PHP and database design such as MySQL
? Knowledge of CSS, XHTML, AJAX, CMS or an interest in learning them
? Follow good coding, testing and documenting practices
? Problem solver, passion, hunger, desire for success
? Good Communication Skills
? Proficient communication skills in both English and Chinese
? Good ability to work independently while being a team player; self-motivated.

职位要求:
? 本科及以上学历，信息技术、计算机科学和电子商务专业
? 3年以上网站和软件项目管理经验
? 有编程背景，能够解读源代码和参与开发者共同进行系统调试
? 具有收集和制定详细的功能要求和多层应用程序的经验
? 对于客户需求的技术寓意可做出正确的理解，并能够提出技术解决方案和预测项目时长
? 掌握PHP 和数据库设立的知识，例如MySQL
? 掌握或有兴趣学习关于CSS, XHTML, AJAX, CMS的相关知识
? 具备良好的编码，测试和记录方法
? 具备解决问题的能力，热情，进取，渴望成功
? 具备良好的沟通技巧
? 精通中文和英文的读、听、写
? 具备团队环境下主动积极的独立工作的能力
