System Analyst / Project Assistant
Responsibilities and Duties
. Gather users’ requirements and able to translate users’ requirements into system design.
. Involve in system testing and debugging.
. Handle user enquiries and production issues;
. Prepare training materials and conduct user training;
. Ensure the deliverables are compliance to the required standard;
. Formulate feasible and optimal solution based on business requirements, produce quality analysis and design on assigned tasks, guide programmers throughout the project lifecycle, and conduct hands-on application development work whenever needed;
. Ensure the implementation of software and IT solutions are accurate with high quality with complete documentation.
. Assist operation team for solving reported problems
. Provide application support to end users
. To assist in ad-hoc IT projects.
Requirements:
. Degree holder with major in Computer Sciences, or IT related discipline;
. Preferably with 3 years of experience in IT system development and maintenance, solid experiences in System Analysis and Design or Business Analysis. Able to produce generic and sustainable system design;
. Experience in implementing and supporting project / system is preferred;
. Experience on general insurance application is preferred ;
. Solid experience in Java, J2EE, MySQL/SQL, Linux Script is a must
. Able to produce IT documentations, such as Business Requirement Spec, Technical spec., testing plan, etc.;
. Knowledge in WebLogic, Windows/Linux Server OS, Tomcat, MySQL, IT architecture;
. Exposure in Design pattern, Java applications Framework would be an advantage
. Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills, communication skills
. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
. Primary work location is Shen Zhen, China; willing to travel on occasions

系统分析员 / 项目助理
工作内容
. 收集整理用户需求，并转换为系统设计需求；
. 系统测试和debug；
. 跟进用户咨询和软件问题；
. 制定用户培训计划和跟进；
. 确保交付的软件符合用户的需要；
. 提供灵活的优化的基于客户行业需求的解决方案，指导程序员的开发工作符合设计需要和用户需要；
. 确保软件实现和解决方案准确高质量的符合了需求文档；
. 帮助用户解决发现的问题，跟进用户反馈；
. 支持其他内部软件项目。
要求:
. 计算机科学或者其他相关的学位；
. 有3年以上IT系统开发和维护实践经验、系统分析设计和用户需求分析经验，能够产生用户需求文档和系统分析文档;
. 具有项目实施、项目支持经验；
. 具有通用应用支持经验；
. 必须具有扎实的Java，J2EE，MySQL/SQL，Linux Script实战经验，
. 熟悉网页逻辑和编辑，windows、Linux服务器系统，Tomcat等等；
. 必须具备系统文档，比如用户需求分析文档，技术文档，测试计划等等的写作能力 ；
. 具备主动分析和解决问题的技巧和能力；
. 良好的中,英文口语和写作技巧;能听懂粤语；
. 具备良好的沟通能力；
. 工作地点：深圳，偶尔会出差。
