职位描述
Strategy Development and Implementation
- Design of the HR strategy deriving from business strategy to ensure a long-term and sustained Human Resource management contribution to the business success.
- Responsible for the agreed HR strategy implementation together with management team member.
HR Policy Responsibility
- Responsible for using the Corporate Guidelines, the basic principles of HR policy, tools and methods to ensure a uniform personnel policy.
- Cooperate with subsidiary HR with HR standards and quality criteria for team work.
Project Works
- Initiate and consistently implement HR projects/Programs on Corporate standards.
Recruitment
- Lead the recruitment services to ensure the staffing strategies in the business area aligned to corporate goals.
- Implement the company's human resources admission program by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy.
- Support attracting and recruiting the best fit talents as needed in a timely/cost effective manner and ensure using defined uniformed processes/ tools/corporate framework.
任职资格:
-Advanced Intercultural knowledge, Moderation and presentation, Consulting and facilitating skills, Reporting and controlling, Conflict Management, Change Management, HR IT tools.
-Strong involvement/coordination or leading in projects. Familiar with at least three HR major modules in previous experience.
-Strong inter-personal and cross-functional coordination skills, people sensitivity;
-Quick learner, self-management, influence, innovation and creativity;
-Good communication skills (presentation, report writing etc.) and active team player;
-Capability of measurement and evaluation, adaptable to change;
-Bachelor Degree and above;
-Fluent in spoken and written English and mastery of computer application skills.
-Accepts frequent overseas travel and short-term assignment at overseas.
