Job Description:
- New Order Entry and Order Acknowledgement
- Backlog Management. Order Resolution to ensure shipments of orders
- Logistics arrangement coordination.
- Shipment Tracking & documentation support.
- 1st Level Expedites and Expedite Escalation
- RMA and non return credit entry & coordination
- Allocation coordination with customers
- Focal point to all customers' inquiries via CRM or email and re-direct to appropriate parties for action
- Close collaboration with appropriate internal stakeholders to drive resolutions to customers' order fulfillment issues
- Relationship building with customers
- Support customer supply chain projects and system migration
- Audit support / coordination
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service, Supply Chain & Demand Fulfillment experience
- Well versed in written & verbal English and Chinese
- Strong Microsoft application experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Prior experience in Semi-conductor Industry would serve you well
- Experience working with SAP preferred.
