职位描述
Job Description:
1) Responsible for arrangement of department meeting; business trips;
2) Handling department administrative tasks such as: stationary order, distribute documents etc.
3) Support accounting functions which includes:
- File accounting documents
- Compile and prepare communication expenses listing for cost centres
- Handle accounting voucher filing and voucher management
- ?Support cashier’s role in verifying staff expenses e.g. travel; entertainment; transport.
4) Other ad-hoc task
Job Requirements:
- Degree in College/University, major in finance or accounting field is preferred;
- Similar working experience preferred, also open to fresh graduates
- Good English both in oral and written
- Reliable, self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills;
- Good team work spirit and be willing to work under pressure.
- Attention to details, high accuracy, punctual.
