Job Description:

-Manager Receipt team to complete monthly AR receipt and allocation timely & accurately;
-Responsible for manual invoice issuing according to CWN & YTN office notice& report;
- Print invoice upon cross payment notice & x-booking notice;
-Payment confirmation for x-pay invoice in time, transfer HK bank slip to HK CMA for checking payment;
-Monitor missing INV of CMA/CNC/ANL weekly;
-Monitor pending freight monthly;
-Monitor AR interface and clear interface error every 2-3 days;
-Monitor system invoice with wrong charge code weekly;
-Check payment and confirm IMP shipment in cargo releasing system.

Job Requirements:
-Good command of English both written and spoken;
-College graduate or above;
-Initiative, responsive and proactive;
-Competent to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
