General Responsibilities: 

1.To follow up on routing / shipping order and booking reference and correctly process orders in line with received timeline and orders / guidelines. 

2.Execute booking, clearance and delivery/ pick- up arrangement. 

3.Feedback to customers and DSV overseas stations on executed activities and incurred charges. 

4.Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention by providing timely, friendly and excellent operation. 

5.Ensure high accuracy and productivity of all operations output and perform all in view of our operational excellence. 

6.Ensure EDI enterprise is 100% used, to manage data quality by exception report on regular basis. 

7.Check and make sure the accuracy of invoice from overseas and local agents. 

8.Close all the files made in current month. 

9.Any other task assigned by branch manager.

  

1、跟踪订单/运输订单和订舱，并按照收到的时间表和订单/指导正确处理订单;

  

2、执行订舱、清关和发货/拣货安排;

  

3，给客户和公司海外部门反馈进程和费用支付;

  

4、提供及时、友好、优质的操作，确保客户满意和留存;

  

5、为保持我们业务的卓越，在所有的操作中确保准确性与高效率;

  

6、确保EDI系统的充分使用，保证日常报告的质量;

  

7、检查并确保海外及当地代理商发票的准确性;

  

8、完成当月所有的工作任务;

  

9、部分经理交办的其他工作。

  

Qualifications :

1.Kowledge&Skills: Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight.

2.Education&Training: Above College degree, above CET4 good skill in computer use, good spoken&written English, and Mandarin; 

3.Experience: Freight forwarder experience at least 7 years( Foreign freight forwarder experience preferred) -Personal Characteristics: High Responsibility attitude; active and open personality; energetic&proactive

2、教育和培训：大专以上学历，大学英语四级以上，良好的计算机应用能力，良好的英语口语和书写能力； 

  

3、工作经验：货代经验至少7年（国外货代经验优先）-个性：高度的责任心，积极主动，性格开朗，积极进取。
