Duties and responsibilities:
1 Be responsible for managing daily operation of workshop according to company regulations, process and instructions
2 Give full play to the subjective initiative to improve the productivity and assembly efficiency
3 Manage and control the production cost to meet the budget
4 Ensure company’s policy of quality, safety are well implemented and follow the result
5 Calculate and maintain the production capacity, adjust the manpower to meet the production plan for each product
6 Using production management tools, like lean production, Kanban, value flow for continuous improvement
7 Manage employee labor discipline, 5S work and healthy, communicate with employee to know the actual situation from them
8 Organize assemblers to participate cross training, ensure each position has backup employee
9 Inspect plant irregularly every day and solve the problem found, strictly implement the production process
10 Communicate actively with relevant departments if there is problem, provide improvement suggestions to open issues and duly solve them

Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree or above
2 More than 8 years in machinery manufacturing or assembly industry field and 2+ years of production manager level
3 Good English in both spoken and written
4 Good communication skills
5 Good SAP user with great TPM skills
6 Result and target oriented, able to work under pressure
7 Proactive, open minded, self motivated
