职位要求：

1、本科学历，电子相关专业毕业，一年以上的电子相关企业研发助理经验；

2、负责跟进研发部门会议的会议记录；
2、负责研发项目的进度跟进及报告；
3. 协助研发人员编制、维护相关的技术文档；
4. 部门领导交办的其它事宜；

任职要求：

1. 对电子研发工作感兴趣。

2. 熟悉Office办公软件，能熟练制作各种表格和编写报告，良好的英文阅读能力；

3. 对文职工作感兴趣，细致、虚心，主动性强，有团队合作能力；
4. 有良好的沟通协调能力，工作积极、主动、具有开拓精神及学习能力。

5. 条理性好，性格开朗。
