MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Main Responsibilities
- Helpdesk Level 1: 10%
- Helpdesk Level 2/3: 20%
- Network/Security: 20%

- Training and development: 20% ？
Response for IT security.
Working close with global IT security department to protect company running in Asia ？
Cooperate with head IT team to design, implement, and maintain Asia IT architecture ？
Support and maintain Asia network related circuits, devices, system, and service.
Lead network projects and 3rd-party service providers ？
Installing, maintain and troubleshooting servers and storages ？
Maintain Asia Data Center in Shanghai and other office server rooms ？
Manage PABX.
Lead telephone system projects and 3rd-party service providers ？
IT SOP, internal working documents/processes/logs creating and updating ？
Daily IT supporting to end user ？
End user accounts, groups and mailboxes management ？
IT related device and system maintenance and supporting ？
Inventory management of all IT assets ？
Assist global IT teams’ projects, tasks, testing, and troubleshooting ？
Emergency case supporting. Willing to 24 hours standby of IT related urgent cases ？
Small business application development ？
Provide medium to high level IT trainings to end user ？
Create and maintain IT related knowledge base, user guide, and manual to end user

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ？
Bachelor degree of Computer Science or related ？
Familiar with hardware and software (Microsoft platform) ？
Strong knowledge of IT security and networking ？
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure ？
Good knowledge of telephone system ？
Good skills of application and database development
