Job Summary工作摘要：

-Responsible for on going project
-负责进展中的项目管理工作

Duties/Responsibilities工作职责：
-Oversees Project Services team to ensure effective and efficient execution of international and domestic research projects within agreed specifications – scope, time, budget and quality;
负责项目的全面管理，确保项目高效及时的执行；
-Provide expert advice to internal clients on detailed project planning;
给内部客户以专业建议，并制定详细的项目计划；
-Measure, monitor and manage project progress;
管理项目进程，进行有效监督；
-ensure all QC standards are met；
保证项目质量；
-Manage appropriate communication between project team, Services Client and all other project stakeholders as well as external suppliers
保证项目的有效沟通，包括客户方、项目组成员以及供应商等；
-Develop the team’s knowledge and coach them in the use of project management skills to coordinate high quality service;
拓展团队成员的知识，并且辅导成员项目管理的技能，以实现高质量的服务。

Requirements 基本要求：
-Degree holder in automotive service related majors;
汽车服务相关专业学士以上学历；
-At least 3 years business experience in automotive field;
三年以上汽车行业市场相关工作经验；
-Attentive to details, strong leadership and excellent communication
关注细节，卓越的领导力及沟通能力。
-Good command of both spoken and written English
良好的英语口语和书写能力
