Position: Manager Sales & Product Training Business Management 销售与产品培训业务管理经理
Division: Training Academy
Location: Beijing
Major Responsibilities:
Take lead on sales and product training strategy preparation based on deep understanding of industry, company sales business and dealer training needs.
Take lead on sales and product training policy preparation through coordination with other teams.
Responsible on sales and product training operation, including budget planning, budget tracking to make sure budget spending align with budget plan; training planning and training reporting.
Responsible on launch training events management through cooperation with trainer team, including budget planning and management, vendor bidding, event design, on site management, vendor management to make sure expected both branding and training result.
Manage National Sales Competition through cooperation with trainer team, responsible for overall organization, including budget/bidding process, vendor management, competition event on site management, communication strategy & implementation for media, dealer and BMW internal.
Responsible for other events including sales mentor conference, trainer conference.
Organize training survey to collect feedback and training needs from dealer network to give input to training concept team to optimize training concept and provide business linked training activities.
Team development and management to build a high performance and motivated team.
Other tasks assigned by line managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor and above degree with major in Vehicle Engineering, Marketing, Business Admin or/and equivalent.
Extensive full life cycle training business or event management in multi-national company.
Solid people management skills.
Business insight ability, macro view and logic thinking ability.
Good presentation and analysis skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Business and customer orientation
English business fluent both in oral & written
Open-minded, dynamic, can work productively under high pressure
Familiar with all known Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel & Power Point
