Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

• Provide management service regarding LAN,WAN,WLAN, Voice, network security and cabling system within BMW Brilliance Automotive Limited


• Plan, Design and Implement as well as support potential solutions for LAN, WAN, WLAN, Voice, network security and cabling system based upon customer driven requirement


• Ensure that BBA standards are deployed and maintained in this specific technology


• Identify and resolve problems through use of technical tools and application of skills and experience. (Second level support and third level support).


• Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques.


• Deliver problem resolution and document problems and status via management tool


• Use the relevant IT standard processes as defined within ITIL and QMP (Quality management process)


• Specify, procure and manage external support contracts for Network and cabling


• Conduct customer projects and service reviews meetings


• Negotiate Service Level Agreements with clients. Provide specified levels of service


• Deliver training courses as required


• Responsible for IT purchase forecast and corresponding purchase activities in SAP


• Responsible for IT resource plan and KPI calculation coordination and status report


• Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Technology or related subject


• Knowledge of LAN, WAN,WLAN,Voice, network security, universal communication and cabling system infrastructure


• Knowledge of cabling system and IPv6


• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) management process skills


• Project management skills


• Good interpersonal skills


• Understanding of the principles of information management as a management technique to enable organizational development


• Fluent English speaking & writing


• Leadership and planning skills


• Good communication skills and user expectation management, Superior communication and relationship building skills


• Analytical mind, problem solver


• Flexible response to rapidly changing demands

• Experience with IT Infrastructure


• Minimum 5 years’ experience with network and cabling system design, deployment , administration and operation


• Experience in Project Management


• Experience in CISCO and H3C


• Experience with IT service management


• Experience in JV company or foreign company


• Experience in manufacture enterprise is preferred
