Location: Zhangjiang High-Tech park, Pudong, Shanghai
办公地点：上海浦东张江高科技园区


Responsibilities:
- Responsible for filing for employees` P-File 员工档案整理。
- Support company training activities and maintain employees’ training records. 培训活动的支持和培训档案的整理。
- Participant in designing the poster and advertisement for the purpose of recruiting and training activities.参与招聘及培训活动的海报、宣传广告的设计。
- Responsible for filling for legal and finance related documents. 法务以及财务相关文件的整理和归档。
- Other daily support as assigned by supervisor. 其他相关支持工作。

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree , 2nd or 3rd grade undergraduate. can work at least 2~3 times per week. 本科学历，大二或大三本科在校生,每周能保证2~3天出勤。
-Good confidential sense is a must .必须具备良好的保密意识。
-Good written skills文笔优秀
-Familiar with graphic design tool such as Photoshop or others will be a plus.有平面设计经验并熟悉设计软件（如Photoshop）者优先。
- Good in oral and written English 英文听说读写优秀
