Job Responsibilities:
？ Supports the marketing needs for our corporate partners in the Asia region. Support can include the development of a HARMAN marketing support plan for a new product launch, development of press releases and support for press/launch events, development of content for brochures, web, or training materials, digital & social media support, development & execution of promotions & advertising, and support for retail training.
o Maintains open lines of communication with customers to quickly address important issues and questions. Looks for opportunities to achieve win-win solutions.
o Generates high quality written material as input to press releases, web content, brochures, training documents, etc.
o Identifies and generates partner content updates for HARMAN digital and social media channels.
？ Supports the Sales Team’s acquisition of new business in the Asian region by assisting in the development of new program proposals and demonstrating new HARMAN products/technologies utilizing audio, video, and/or physical assets. Coordinates branding proposals to address both customer needs and HARMAN business needs.
？ Supports trade shows in the Asia region by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments, and executing plans.
？ Supports outbound email campaigns in the Asia region by developing content and interfacing with the Sales team to verify target customers.
？ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
？ Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Basic Qualifications:
？ 4 year Bachalor Degree in Business
？ Marketing and New Product Launch Experience - 5 to 7 years experience in a Marketing role at an agency, media company, or manufacturer of Consumer Products. New product launch experience is highly desirable.
？ Regional marketing experience – Experience driving marketing campaigns in Asia.
？ Strong business background in both B2B and B2C - As well as excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
？ Knowledge of technology products and ability to assimilate technical information - Experience with consumer electronics audio and mobile devices is highly preferred.
？ Experience working cross-functionally on strategic projects.
？ Project management and problem-solving skills - Experience driving projects within defined schedules with the ability to resolve issues and gates while maintaining schedules.
？ Self starter with ability to thrive in a fast paced environment - Motivated and able to work in a very fast work environment. Able to change priorities and handle multiple projects at one time a must.
？ Digital marketing experience in the region - For example, Weibo, Wechat, baidu SEO etc.
？ Fluency (written and speaking) in both Chinese and English
？ Familiar with Embedded Audio Customers Needs - know exactly what our customers need and what are the customers' priorities.
