职位描述

Human Resources (HR)

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.


We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:


Business Support/BRCM/Key Projects

-Develop an effective operational risk and internal control infrastructure to ensure a robust control environment is in place.

-Evaluate internal controls, assesses remediation plans, monitors progress to resolution and escalates outstanding actions.

-Work with Board Office, support HR related board paper preparation for rural banks to ensure full compliance of corporate governance.

-Work closely with internal stake holders to develop annual staffing cost in ROP and its monitoring as required.

-Lead key HR projects and support local HR team on local regulatory requirements related to HR related issues


Service Delivery

-Lead Payroll and benefits services for rural banks

-Track and monitor operational efficiency. Produce regular MI reports and their analysis so as to make recommendations as needed

-Lead standard HR processes review and execute HR system transformation initiatives in accordance with business needs.

-Perform quality checks to ensure the service quality of internal local HR team and external vendors applicable.


Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:


- Bachelor degree with 5-10 years experience in Human Resources;

- Sound knowledge of of Human Resources Policies & Procedures, Labour Contract Management and other employment related regulations;

- PeopleSoft system knowledge is preferred and experience in project management is a strong plus;

- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills;

- Ability to coordinate/ control a variety of assignments simultaneously;

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details and good team player;

- Diligent, quick learning and self-motivated;

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
