Job Responsibilities:

• Update dealer operating guideline and policy. Solve our front line’s sales dealer management issues;
• Develop and provide trainings regarding our DMS operating guideline to our partners and frontline units;
• Act as Secretary of Dealer Management Committee, organize regular and ad-hoc committee meetings and manage committee broadcast;
• Coordinate with group legal for legal advice on DMS documents;
• Assist Business Unit heads to process new dealer application, update directory and dealer list and prepare related announcements;
• Organize dealer trainings on product/service/company strategy in all BUs;
• Manage our DMS pricing system;
• Develop Greater China dealer distribution channel and monitor each BU to execute our DMS guidelines and policy.
• Prepare business intelligence reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineer or related disciplines;
• Solid 5 years working experience in dealer management
• Ability to think strategically and develop strategic operating plans based on understanding of dealer Market situation.
• Well-balanced process and technical acumen, with the ability to translate capabilities gaps into actionable processes.
• Ability to partner with sales and multiple internal stakeholders, to help solve complex process issues and go-to-market challenges
• Independent, pro-active, resourceful and creative
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Mastery in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Excel.
