Main Responsibilities:

 

-Align with BMW global and company strategy to develop training strategy and make proper plan to ensure training provide sufficient support to the company business requirement and achieve high efficiency and sustainable development.

-In charge of trainer development and evaluation program to ensure high quality of trainers. Design and monitor trainer activities according to trainer guideline.

-Being main coordinator and interface with BMW HQ, ensure china market activities follow BMW HQ requirement and fulfill target measurement.

-Closely monitor and align cross functions with business teams and other dept. to optimize and standardize process to improve utility and efficiency of training academy.

-Training approach development via analysis and lead to develop proper approach to achieve high standard quality with efficient and economic means.

-Collect and analysis business requirement on training and coordination with business teams on training development to meet business development requirement.

-Prepare documents, reports and presentations.

-Other tasks assigned by line manager

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor and above degree with major in Training, Business Admin or/and equivalent.

- Extensive working experience in full cycle training management.    

- Hands on working experience in strategy development of multi-national company.    

- Solid knowledge of macro view and strategy proposals    

- Good at Project management    

- Proficient Skills with Microsoft office esp. PPT, excel    

- English business fluent, German would be an advantage    

 - Excellent communication and presentation skill

- Business and customer oriented.

- Work productive under high pressure.
