A well- established consumer product company servicing retailers and importers around the world is looking for a qualified person to lead our Quality Department.


Quality Manager – Consumer Hardlines

Areas of Responsibilities:

？ Lead and manage the China based quality assurance and control team
？ Training of quality team
？ Administrative control of the team
？ Interface with customers, factories and merchandising teams to ensure quality standards are achieved
？ Conduct defective analysis and implement corrective and preventative action plans
？ Perform factory evaluations
？ Define product specifications and quality standards
？ Report to Director

Requirements :
？ Degree holder with a strong sense of responsibility
？ Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken & written)
？ At least 10-15 years working experience with at least 5 years of China Quality team management
？ Strong product knowledge in consumer hardline products such as toys, seasonal, consumer electronics, gifts, etc.
？ Familiar with USA and European standards, experience with USA retailers a plus
？ Strong leadership and problem solving skills
？ Positive attitude and detail minded
？ Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
？ Willing to travel as required
