RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist Unsecured Loan Specialist to prepare and process related documentations for loan applications.

· To handle customer’s inquiries and follow up with loan related process.

· To coordinate and follow up with internal departments on loan disbursement and account related process.

· To keep abreast of all local regulations, credit guidelines and ensure operations are complied with internal and external requirements.

· Provide MIS report

· 协助贷款顾问处理相关申请流程

· 处理客户洽询及贷款流程

· 与行内相关部门合作处理拨款及帐户相关事宜

· 确保作业流程符合法令及内外业务相关规犯

· 提供作业报表

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·Candidate should be able to work independently, detailed-orientated，responsible and with proactive attitude

·Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

·Candidate should be proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software

·College graduate or above, related assistant experience is preferred.

·具备中英文及电脑文书处理技能

·大专或以上毕业， 相关助理经验者尤佳
