2. · To Issue and Deliver mortgage loan contract accurately within service leading time and prepare mortgage

3. loan registration documents to Property Exchange Center.

4. · To Process Early Redemption and prepare collateral release materials.

5. · To Handover mortgage loan documents In and Out with external vendors and internal party.

6. · To scan, arrange, bind and record the mortgage loan file on time.

7. · To Track overdue mortgage loan certification of rights status and update tracking reports.

8. · To conduct internal MIS report and customer inquiry support.

11. · Basic banking knowledge, experience on commercial loan or mortgage preferred.

12. · Service-oriented person, previous customer service experience preferred.
