职位：财务总监 / 首席财务官

职位描述：

本财务总监/首席执行官职位与公司CEO和业务主管的工作紧密挂钩，是公司业务中起到关键性的发展，监督和评估总体企业战略的职位，重点关注公司整体业绩、资金管理和提升股东价值等方面。 本职位提供财务方面的参考信息，对公司的决策与战略制定有直接的影响力。本职为将与公司其他部门紧密合作，对本公司贸易活动提供建议和帮助，提供附加值和具有翔实论据的反对意见。

职责描述：

管理现金流，管理资金使用并为业务决策提供分析数据
实现业务增长，增加盈利，削减债务，确保资金的高效实用并管理公司税务义务
确定财务战略，为公司战略执行提供财务数据和意见
制定公司财务内控流程，制定公司财政预算并管理财务月报，实施风险管理政策
建立并领导财务团队，建立对内与对外的良好沟通
运作各种财务融资和信用贷款手段，维护与投资人，银行，董事会和外部金融服务机构的良好管理
参与销售、采购合约的构架、谈判和最终确定
领导公司资本运作、IPO路演准备、以及可能的并购业务

Excelio Technology is a fab-less IC design company specialized in wired and wireless connectivity technologies. With a grand vision of ubiquitous connection in the world of Internet-of-Everything (IoE), and thus, targeting at smart data acquisition and short-distance data communication in IoE and wearable device fields, Excelio posses various much valued ultra-low power technology, RFID, and sensor experience. Position: Financial Director / Chief Finance Officer

Position Description:

You will play a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the CEO and leaders of business with emphasis on bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing shareholder value. This position will provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy. It will interact effectively with other parts of the company; be viewed as a trusted business advisor by merchandisers, not just CEO. Critical outcomes include supporting the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics, and driving a culture of accountability in managing the business, adding value to operating businesses and voicing well-substantiated dissenting opinions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged environment
Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capital
Grow equity value – increase gross profit and reduce debt.
Ensures efficient capital expenditures and minimizes taxes
Define the financial strategy, provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy
Establish internal control processes required to manage and grow the business
Drive the annual budget process and the monthly reporting
Develop and coach existing team，drive effective internal and external communication interactions
Develop and implement a risk management policy
Effectively manage sponsor, bank, board of director and financial advisor relationships
Structure, negotiate, and finalize purchase /sales agreements
Lead financial aspects of potential IPO, M&A activities

Required Qualifications
Background of finance and accounting higher education degrees
Experienced with fund raising and IPO operation
Leadership, and motivational competencies
Strategic thinking/visioning
Excellent communication skills in various forms and be persuasive and influential
Demonstrates efficiency of execution, flexibility and adaptability
Aggressive, moves quickly and effectively
Follows through on commitments
Intellectual competencies, brainpower / learns quickly, creative/innovative, analysis skills
Proficient in English, Mandarin, IT and ERP system
