岗位职责：

1、 日常店铺陈列情况的反馈

-- 每周转场情况以照片形式进行反馈；

-- 店铺购物环境问题的反馈和跟踪；

-- 日常巡店报告、问题资料PPT的制作和统计。

2、 针对日常巡店中发现的问题对店铺、同事进行培训以及制定有效的陈列改善计划进行跟进。

3、 新开店铺的陈列管理

-- 新店开业前：确认装修完成时间、统计新开店物料、灯箱海报制作安排、商品部署、物料到仓到店安排；

-- 新店开业中：物料清点及货品分类、现场陈列及道具调整；

-- 新店开业后：持续三个月的重点关注，以及加强培训。

4、统筹各店铺所需的陈列物料、POP制作等

-- 确保店铺陈列物料的合理统计；

-- 商场户外广告的统计及跟进；

5、完成上司交付的其他工作任务



任职要求：

1，大专科毕业优先，形象气质良好

2，敬业度、责任心强、自律强、执行力强,学习能力强

3、具有良好的色彩敏感度、对生意有一定的理解,

4，熟练使用photoshop、coreldraw等软件

5，执行力，计划性、跟进性强

6，良好的审美能力、敏锐的时尚潮流触觉

7，有一定的团队合作能力
