职位描述
Job Description:
1. Develop and grow business in defined new mobile phone or laptop channels (outside the direct sales and in-shop model) in Ghana, Nigeria or Kenya, etc.
1). New distribution ship;
2). B2B sales channel;
3). e-commerce business channel and/or any other channel not explored
2. Develop right business model to capture new channel opportunity
1). Route-to-market (customer development, distribution model, supply to demand process)
2). Product portfolio and promotion (SKU mix, pricing strategy, on-line display and merchandising)
3). Investment Model (Customer segmentation and prioritization, trade margin and motivation, P&L)
4). 3+years plan and update (New channel vision and road-map)
3. Manage business results in monthly and yearly base
1). Annual sales plan;
2). Business review with key customer and Joint-Business-Plan;
3). Cross-function collaboration and communication;
4. Build team and system to sustain new channel development
1). Build team & new channel organization (straight and dot-line organization);
2). Reporting and tracking system (daily, monthly, yearly review);
3). Build people capability and expertize for new channel
Requirement:
1.Experience with distributor ship development, manage promotion and other commercial activities.
2.Mobile phone or Laptop, consumer electronics industry KA management experiences is preferred, but not must;
3.Open-mind and Break-thru thinking;
4.Able to set up foundation and build sales model;
5.Strong business acumen;
6.Customer thoughts leadership;
7.Good people agility (coordination, collaboration, influence and negotiation)
8.Good English communication skill
9.Worked in China tier1 or tier 2 mobile phone brand channel preferred.
