Position: Advanced Specialist Body Training资深钣金培训专员

Division: Training Academy

Location: Shanghai/Beijing

Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Body Training and whole training process in order to ensure the Body Training successfully conducted.

- Develop and adapt the regular body training, new model training and WBTs base on BMW requirement and needs of the market.

- Analysis participants’ training record and feedback report for long term development.

- Improve body repair competence and skills steadily

- Prepare the training material and training brochures in Chinese language as required.

- Participate the international TTT as required by the superior base on the need of the training.

- Support manager on Body Training concept development.

- External body trainer management to ensure the trainer performance and training quality up to BMW standard.

- Body Training Parts and consumable planning and controlling.

- Body training certification management and competition implementation.

- Certified BMW Trainer and role model of training and coaching

- Being flexible to support the training team to fulfill the new task required by superior.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Automobile engineering and/or related preferred

- 4+ Years Body training delivery experiences

- 1-3 Years Body repair experiences

- Deep understanding of aftersales business, especially in workshop area

- Excellent project management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work under pressure

- Positive and professional attitude and team spirit

- Open minded and willing to improve

- Proficient English in both written and verbal.
