Job Responsibilities

Assist the Financial Controller to take care of all aspects of accounting, taxation and licence issues of the Company's China operations
Liaision between Hongkong, Singapore & China offices
Ad hoc assignments

Pre-requisites

Holder of Bachelor degree in Finance, holder of Accountant Certificate preferred
At least 10 years accounting experience, including 5 years' experience working in a multi-national company & have been involved in closing the books according to international accounting standard
very familiar with the accounting & tax regulations of wholly foreign owned enterprise established in Waigaoqiao, preferably with experience in other cities
Good command of both written and spoken English,
Proficiency in using MS Office application including Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing
Knowledge in ORACLE & Kingdee system is preferred
Excellent Excel skills & knowledge of application for advanced Excel features, eg. Vlookup, Pivot table
Self motivated, well organized, detailed mind, strong analytical mind and logical thinking
Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Active in communicating with different departments and different level
strong character and be able to supervise a team in various location
Willing to travel to other China cities occasionally
