职位描述
Objective
Admin:
Implement and run Performances data supervision (dashboard) of resources (Key Indicators of success/progress of teams/individuals).
Support all teams.
Plans, directs and implements all aspects of the administrative work including reception, transportation, canteen, clinic, dormitory, cleaning, property and office stationary
Facility management (business continuity plans , asset protection plan and security coordination)
EHS + Fire Safety:
Directs full scope facility operations, facility engineering, and environmental/safety management through all levels.
Review and implement strict standard EHS & Fire safety and fatality prevention systems, drive daily operations to follow all EHS procedures, matching all customer/local regulations.
Key responsibilities
· To work with corporate and CM (Contract Manufacturer) to establish robust EHS systems and processes, make sure system set up matches with customer high standard
· Drive operations to execute all processes properly, meet all customer EHS requirements and government regulations, build up the culture that everyone takes EHS as first priority. Ensure employees, customers, visitors are well taken care in terms of safety, health and working environment
· Coordinate with Customer and CM for any audit or visit, also work on all internal audit, reviews. Follow up and close if any corrective action needs to be taken
· Drive continuous improvements on EHS areas, strive for best in class EHS practices
· Fire Safety: maintenance, inspection and testing for all of the fire safety equipment and systems, keeping records and certificates of compliance
· Manage the Administrative team to serve customer by corporate best practice in HC1/2/3
· Cleaning supervision: cleaning of toilets, replenishing consumables (toilet rolls, soap, etc.) plus litter picking and reactive response.
· Business continuity planning: Plan and options in the event of a fire or major failure the business can recover quickly (it may be that the staffs move to another site. The facilities management department would be one of the key players to move the business to a recovery site)
· Space allocation and changes: churn rate (office layouts include: minimum amount of space to be provided per staff member; fire safety arrangements; lighting levels; signage; ventilation; temperature control, etc…).
· Implement and manage the dashboard of team performances (data or results and progress). Provide data to all manager and Dept about performance and workload. Give support to teams.
Knowledge&experience
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or administration management with + 10 years working experience and EHS.
- Fluent English,mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong all rounded Facility/Administration experience with MNC under manufacturing environment (HR experience is an advantage).
- Loyal and devoted, decency, deal with concrete matters relating to plant work.
- Very good communication skills with very good attitude.
- Leadership.
- Coordination experience and wide administration aspects management with a cost consciousness.
- Deep Health & Safety spirit (not only through the book, but by life style) with hands on dealing in expanding manufacturing plant type. At least 5 years experience in full scope EHS plant management.
